Terms of Use for Visual Materials

The visual materials provided, including images, videos, graphics, and brochures, are subject to the following conditions:

1. Prohibited Uses
   • Commercial use, any use unrelated to the Einstein Telescope and its research, or use involving the redistribution of these materials, such as in material collections, is strictly prohibited.
   • Modification of the materials is not permitted without prior written consent from the owning institution.
2. Permitted Uses
   • These materials may be used for educational and scientific outreach purposes, including in the field of physics. However, prior permission must be obtained in these cases.
   • Collaborators of the Einstein Telescope are granted permission to use the materials freely for academic, educational, and outreach purposes without requiring formal approval but with proper credits.
3. Attribution and Reporting
   • Please include a clear copyright notice with all uses of the materials.
   • When applying for permission to use the materials, kindly provide the details of your intended purpose, a description of the content in which the materials will be used, and the relevant file names via email.
   • After usage, please send us a copy of the page or publication where the material was used by email.
