The APPEC Technology Forum is organised jointly with the international union of vacuum societies IUVSTA, national vacuum societies from the Netherlands and Germany, Maastricht University, Nikhef and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) to identify synergies between projects from neighbouring fields. It shall provide a discussion forum for companies, project scientist and funding agencies to define future ways of boosting cooperation to the benefit of all stakeholders. The demanding requirements of Einstein Telescope and the current ongoing developments will be presented and discussed during the meeting.
Registration is open in the following link. The conference fee is 250€ (VAT included) until 15 October. Late registration after this date is possible with an increased fee of 300€ (VAT included).
There are also several exhibition and sponsorship options available, with options to show your products in the limited exhibition space (20 tables, each about 2m wide), as well as the opportunity to contribute a short oral presentation, highlighting the technological capabilities of your company and a short text in the online brochure that will be published after the event on the APPEC website. The 20 exhibition spaces will be shared between the food and drink sponsors and sponsors with exhibition space.
